Redback Coffee (Papaya) Surabaya 

From the outside of Redback Coffee, you can see La Marzocco Strada machine and Mahlkoning grinder standing gracefully. It’s a good sign of serious coffee.
Redback Coffee is pretty minimalistic with Japanese cafe kinda feel. After the entrance, coffee bar is on the left and pastry showcase is on the right, seperated by a long wall mounted table at the center.
The Cappuccino was very well balanced. Medium body with rounded fruity & sweetness. Easy to drink. For meals, I tried the Tempura Croissant. It’s a pre-prepared meal, they have to reheat.
A little glitch, on the first serving, the Croissant was bit cold inside. But I asked them to reheat and everything was perfect afterwards.
The service was friendly, they have free coffee tasting also. Will be back to Redback for sure.
